Thermoplastic materials and welding techniques can be applied to a wide range of projects, depending on the environment, loads, and chemical exposure.
Below are some examples built in our workshop and installed across Lagos, where thermoplastics offer practical advantages over traditional materials.
These advantages typically result in structures that are lightweight, watertight, 100% corrosion-free, modular, impact-resistant and entirely customisable.
In practice, this means removing the causes of early failure. Structures that crack, corrode, leak or become hard to repair are the ones that lose value.
As such, our work is governed by one defining metric: total cost of ownership, measured by how effectively those failure paths are eliminated upfront.
Sliding gate → no polymer surface degradation under coastal exposure
Grease trap → no corrosion keeps separation stable under fluctuating inflow
Planter boxes → no structural impact from contained water and controlled drainage
